1. Your transaction will be safe and secure.
PSAN Entertainment Services understands the value of our customer’s private and personal information. Your transaction with us by phone, web, or in office is 100% safe and secure. At PSAN Entertainment Services we do not share any personal or credit card information with any parties.
2. All tickets are authentic and valid for entry.
All the tickets sold by PSAN Entertainment Services are guaranteed to be authentic tickets and valid for entry to the event ticketed. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry, the purchaser must have the box office stamp the invalid tickets or provide something in writing proving the tickets were not valid. The purchaser must ship the unused tickets to PSAN Entertainment Services and it will be investigated to determine why the tickets were not accepted. If PSAN Entertainment Services finds that the ticket seller was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs.
When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Destroyed, damaged, lost, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
Mobile Delivery / Electronic Transfers may be used by PSAN Entertainment Services. Mobile Entry tickets on smart phone devices become the property of the purchaser upon successful transfer from PSAN Entertainment Services. The purchaser will be required to create an account with the associated ticket transfer system to gain access to their electronic tickets. It is important to provide the correct email address for your electronic delivered tickets. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to safeguard their Mobile Entry tickets in their electronic wallets, smart phones, and/or email. Lost phones, damaged phones, forgotten passwords to Mobile Entry tickets are not something PSAN Entertainment Services can help with. PSAN Entertainment Services is not responsible for Mobile Entry tickets once the electronic tickets are in the possession of the purchaser. There is no re-sending of Mobile Entry files once successfully transferred to the purchaser. No refunds. All Sales Final.
3. All tickets will be delivered in a timely manner.
Deliveries are usually made to the billing address of the purchaser. PSAN Entertainment Services guarantees that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time with at least one delivery attempt made before the event occurs. The purchaser is responsible for being available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company the ticket seller might use for the purchaser's order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.
PSAN Entertainment Services may use Mobile entry tickets, Flash tickets, PDF file tickets, QR code tickets, and any other forms of electronic tickets for entry to venues and events. They become the responsibility and property of the purchaser, once PSAN Entertainment Services has successfully transferred tickets to the purchaser via the internet.
4. If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund will be issued.
Cancelled event. If an event is permanently cancelled, without a rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. PSAN Entertainment Services will coordinate with the ticket seller to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. PSAN Entertainment Services requires the purchaser to return the tickets to the ticket seller to be eligible for this full refund.
Postponed event. If an event is postponed, the original tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. No new tickets are needed, and the original tickets will be good for the rescheduled event. No refunds are available if an event has been rescheduled.
